A Christmas Gift

I
was given 4 Minnesota Timberwolves tickets as a Christmas gift. When I got
home I found out that my wife had made plans with another couple. I called
a few friends to see if they might want to go to the game, but no one was
home. I then walked next door and made a deal with the neighbor kid. I would
give him $120 worth of tickets if he promised to shovel my other neighbor's
walk all winter. The other neighbor is an older retired gentleman, about
75, whose wife was just put in a nursing home. I feel good about being able
to help someone with the tickets. The next door neighbor kid feels like
he lucked out. And the old man received a random act of kindness.
