I had a summer job doing manual labor working for the city's Parks and Recreation department. One day, our job was to go cut down the dead wood and trim the trees in one park. It turned out that the day was the hottest day of the summer, and the group I was working in was really tired and sweating by the end of the day. Right before we left, though, a car pulled up and a guy handed us a six-pack of soft drinks just bought from a store, saying "I was watching you guys work this afternoon and thought you could use this. Enjoy."
