Spontanious Choir

One
evening last December, as we were leaving the Denver airport after picking
up our college age brother and son, we came to the toll booth to pay for
the parking. My husband, who is wonderful at small acts of kindness, asked
the serious-looking tired toll-booth worker if he was having a good night.
He said he was getting through it and as my husband wished him a great night
all five of our children spontaneously broke into the chorus "We WISH
you a Merry Christmas, we WISH you a Merry Christmas, we WISH you a Merry
Christmas, and a Happy New Year!" They sang with great gusto and sincerity,
to which the man broke into a big smile and wished us the same. He smiled
and waved at us as we drove away with much happiness in our hearts for making
someone's night better.
