Someone we know had a clothes dryer, but it was broken, and they had no money to fix it. We looked up (via the internet) the yellow pages of the phone book from their area. We picked a repair person, called them on the phone, and asked them to go to these peoples house, fix their dryer without telling them who sent him, and mail the bill for us to pay.
